Sourcing, Processing & Shipping
Are all your products made and curated in the United States?
Yes! All items are meticulously curated by artisans within the United States. As a small business, we believe in supporting other small businesses and artisans in local and rural communities.
We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not plan to ship outside of the US anytime soon - thank you for your understanding!
Where do you ship?
Processing & Shipping Times
The processing time is 1-3 business days. This excludes shipping time, which is generally 5-7 business days.
Jewelry
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! We make sure to work with our artisans we curate from to make sure all materials are hypoallergenic.
What metals do they use?
All jewelry is sterling silver, gold filled sterling silver or 14k/18k gold filled. We do sometimes showcase stainless steel, which is also hypoallergenic.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
You must fill out our Return & Exchange Form prior to sending any items back to us else the refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
Returns:
All items are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns will be issued for store credit via an electronic gift card or discount code. These will be sent via email (check your spam folder just in case) If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges:
All items are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are based off availability. If the product desired for exchange is not available, we will reach out to you via email (check your spam folder just in case) We will not ship your exchange until we have recieved the original item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
