We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not plan to ship outside of the US anytime soon - thank you for your understanding!

Giclée prints will take up to 2 days to process and will be mailed to you the following day.

If you opt to add a keychain, processing will take up to 4 days.

Giclée prints only in 16×20 will take up to 3 days to process and will be mailed seperately by our printing partner.

If you opt to add a keychain, you will receive this seperately.

Digital downloads will take up to 2 days to process and will be emailed to you same day of completion. Please remember to check your spam folder or add gallery@marigoldandmaple.com to your approved contact list.

We use USPS ground for all shipments which takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to Vermont.

Our printing partner for 16×20 only uses UPS for all their shipments which takes 2-5 business days. These will ship seperately.

A Giclée print refers to an archival print made from an inkjet printer equipped with a highly permanent set of inks in a wide range of colors.

We use FSC-certified archival, acid-free paper and an ImageProGraf LUCIA 10 pigment ink system to keep your print beautiful and long lasting.

Our printing partner for the 16×20 size prints uses archival, acid free paper with a 12 pigment ink system to keep your print beautiful and long lasting.

Your privacy and trust is our number one goal. Your photo and personalized details will only be used to create your print and will be stored in our system until 3 days after delivery in case something happens in transit.

Once the 3 day mark has passed, it is automatically deleted. Please let us know as soon as possible of any damages, or you will have to send us the photo and information again for recreation - this is completely free of charge.

We do a spell check for you but if you entered the wrong information by accident, you have 3 hours before your print is put into production so please contact us at support@marigoldandmaple.com to let us know what you would like changed.

We are so sorry to hear your print was handled carelessly. Please reach out to us at support@marigoldandmaple.com to send pictures of the damaged print and packaging so we can get a new one shipped out to you!
